New Man of Steel Trailer REALLY Introduces Superman….

Regular readers of this site would be aware that we rarely promote upcoming films on these hallowed pages (after all, there’s only so many hours in the day!) but we felt we’re onto something special with this, the third official trailer for Zack Snyder’s upcoming Man Of Steel take on Superman. As far as promotional trailers go, this one belts all others over the fence. Hans Zimmer’s score for this is…. spine-tingling, and most people have been caught by Kev Costner’s line about Clark being his son. This film looks… in a word….. epic.

I agree, Rodney. THIS is a really great trailer (unfortunately, if you read between the lines there, you can figure out how underwhelmed I've been so far by the others for this movie).

That Costner line WAS great, no? He delivers that very very well. 😀

Thanks Fogs! I was slightly underwhelmed by the original teaser they released last year, but the word on the street from the WB and everyone around the production seems to be highly positive – at least moreso than the guff people were waffling about Superman Returns. Personally, I think this is the best trailer of the year (so far) and quite possibly the most enticing of the last few years at least. Finally, a Superman we can get excited about.
