Movie: The Movie
US talk-show host Jimmy Kimmel provides a fair amount of lunacy via his show, and this little effort is no different. In the grand tradition of the great film trailers (including the deep-voiced voice-over dude), Kimmel has put together one of the greatest films ever made, and called it Movie: The Movie…. Here’s the trailer and explanation from Kimmel himself.

Ahah Rodney, I don't think we need the 'grapes' of any other kind from him, if you know what I mean.
@ Ruth – LOL! I do know what you mean! 😉
Loved it 🙂 The Christoph Waltz part is the best ah!
Ahah yeah, this is pretty hilarious. My favorite is the Matt Damon part with the grapes costumes, especially when he reveals the um, smaller grapes whilst spewing profanities. Amazing how Kimmel could get all those actos in one trailer!
It must have taken some work to get them all in, that's for sure. No doubt many of them would have been happy to sign up for it, though. Always good to see some serious actors with a sense of humor. By the way, Ruth, do you think this classes as the first time we've glimpsed Matt Damon's "grapes" on screen? 😉
This was better than half the nominees for best picture. They should let Kimmel host the Oscars next year.
@ Scott – or should that be…. high four? LOL!!
@ Dan – mate, if Kimmel had found a way to incorporate "I'm F***ing Matt Damon" into this it would have been gold.
@ Terrence – You're welcome!
@ 3guys – YES! Kimmel for host!! Start the petition – I'd sign it!
This made me laugh! haha. loved it. Thanks for posting it!
My favourite Kimmel-inspired vids are the ones featuring Matt Damon and Sarah Silverman – hilarious. This is another good one. I'm off to watch it again.
Very silly indeed… I loved the dog paw high five!
Well, that was star studded! I love the inclusion of Goldblum – love that man!
Little bit hit and miss and a little bit long but all worth it for Christoph Waltz!
