First Reformed is directed by Paul Schrader (long-time screenwriter for Martin Scorsese’s Taxi Driver, Bringing Out The Dead) and sees Ethan Hawke (Boyhood) play an Anglican minister grieving the death of the son he sent to fight in Iraq, who encounters a young, radical couple.
